1. Orders & payment
An order is confirmed after we have received your order details and payment confirmation. Please review your colour, length, texture, size, quantity, and delivery details before completing payment.
Prices are shown in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise. Product availability and prices may change, but confirmed orders remain subject to the details agreed at the time of purchase.
2. Shipping & delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary by location, courier capacity, public holidays, and circumstances outside our control. We will share available tracking or delivery updates for your order.
- Please provide a complete address and an active phone number.
- The customer is responsible for being available to receive the order.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for remote locations or re-delivery.
3. Custom orders
Custom wigs and other made-to-order pieces are created to the specifications approved by the customer. Because these pieces are prepared specifically for you, changes or cancellations may not be possible once work has started.
We may request reference images, measurements, or a consultation before confirming a custom order. The final result can vary slightly from reference images because each piece is handmade.
4. Returns & exchanges
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, hair products and wigs must be unused, unworn, uncut, unaltered, and returned with their original packaging to be considered for an exchange or approved return.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or differs materially from your confirmed order. Do not remove tags or alter the item before we review the issue. Approved refunds or exchanges are handled after inspection, and delivery fees are generally non-refundable.
5. Product care
Follow the care guidance provided with your purchase. TOL LUXE HAIRS is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, excessive heat, colouring, chemical treatment, or storage. Care advice is general guidance and cannot guarantee a particular lifespan.
6. Privacy & contact
We use the information you provide to process orders, arrange delivery, respond to enquiries, and improve our service. We do not sell your contact details. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to complete your request.
